Billy Tragesser is a multi-talented musician. He's lived and worked in Las Vegas since 1974. Billy plays piano, synthesizers, drums, brass instruments, and sings. Billy graduated from Youngstown University with a Masters in Composition. He was part of the faculty of UNLV Music department for 8 years, teaching Jazz piano. The Caesars Palace Orchestra was Billy's home from 1982 till 2000. During that time he played for many of the stars who performed at the Circus Maximus Showroom.

As a composer, Billy has written songs for Marlena Shaw, Dionne Warwick, Janice Siegel of the Manhattan Transfer, and Rodney Dangerfield. Billy and Rodney worked together for 20 years. Billy has co-written songs in Rodney's movie "Rover Dangerfield", and HBO Specials.

Billy does a variety of musical activities including solo piano gigs, corporate jobs, recording sessions, jazz gigs and vocals. He likes music of all kinds and feels that music is a healing force to the Spirit.

Billy writes, produces and records jingles for hundreds of businesses
throughout the USA. Here is a sample of some of his work.

Billy T with Chick Corea and Return To forever
Billy toured Europe with Chick Corea and Return To Forever in 1972. Flora Purim was not able
to make the tour and Chick asked Billy to fill in. Billy and Chick have been great friends since then.
